The RunCloud.AI platform runs in data centers in Timișoara (Romania, European Union) and Chișinău (Republic of Moldova) and is operated entirely by the RunCloud.AI engineering team. At packages M and L, the infrastructure can also run in another public cloud, for example AWS, Azure or DigitalOcean, or in an on-premise or hybrid setup. The setup is agreed in the quote. You choose the region when you sign.
The RunCloud.AI engineering team operates the infrastructure layer: Kubernetes clusters, nodes and networking, managed databases, backups, monitoring and incident response. Your team stays responsible for the application code, container images and deployment manifests, and for product decisions. Help with containerizing an application, building CI/CD pipelines or migrating an existing application is offered separately, as a fixed-price service or within the DevOps as a Service packages.
